Billy Donovan is the President of WRD Management. Before founding WRD Management, he gained extensive experience in the real estate industry through roles that built his expertise in property management and investment.

 

Billy’s background includes serving as an asset manager at a local real estate merchant bank, where he oversaw a $75+ million portfolio of multi-family, office, and retail properties. Later, as VP of Lending at a regional short-term lending firm, he honed his knowledge in property acquisition, renovation, and cultivated valuable connections with property owners across Chicagoland. Today, Billy brings this well-rounded industry insight to WRD Management, helping property owners achieve seamless and profitable property management solutions.
